Cedric, it is all right. Pansy, we are not at liberty to discuss that information at this time. We are not currently working in South America anymore because we had some high competition from another cancer research organization in that area.

Our administrative costs are so high because we need a medical lab and office in each area that we support!

How does being so spread out impact this specific project, and why do you need this money to make this project happen?

To put it frankly, we do bigger and better things by blah blah blah. Make sense? Our project is impacted our location in NO ways except in higher costs.
