Objective

Human rights are inherent to all human beings, whatever their nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. All peoples are equally entitled to certain human rights without discrimination. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Universal human rights include but are not limited to the right to freedom, the right to equality before the law, the right to education, the right of opinion and information, and the right to life, liberty, and personal security.

Our objective is to support and promote human rights on a global level.

How This Works

When sufficient funds are raised, the Student Committee will open a grant. Charities devoted to human rights can submit an application to receive the grant. The students and Student Committee of Drew University will rank the applications and award the grant to the charity with the highest vote.
